Communication is important

I think these days high technology makes our life convenient. But I don't like depend on cellphone people. For example, I want to talk on the bus or train, my friend takes out cellphone. She looks at screen  long time on my way talking. Cellphone is often interrupt  my talk(T0T)
I don't use cellphone much. My family don't like use cellphone. I can't use in the middle of meal. My mother says "This time is talking time!" We understand.
High technology often interrupt communication time.  On the train, a lot of people use cellphone, i-pod etc. I know they are very interesting. But I don't want to depend on  them.
